What kind of pet photo works best?
Clear, bright photos with your pet’s face visible work best. Front-facing or side-profile photos are both okay, as long as the face and outline are easy to see.
Do I need to pay before sending my photo?
No. You can send your photo first. We’ll check whether it can work well before moving forward with production.
Will I see a preview before it is made?
Yes. We prepare and check the photo first, then share the preview before production begins.
What happens if my photo is not suitable?
We’ll let you know and may ask for another photo. We do not want to make a keepsake from a photo that won’t look clean.
Can this be made for dogs, cats, or other pets?
Yes. Dogs and cats are the most common, but other pets may work too if the photo is clear enough.
